JACK PEARCE

Born in a small Village called Alverton in Nottingham, Jack's love for food started at the tender age of 4 where he would help his mum in the kitchen. His favourite dish of all was pizzas! Jack & his mum would spend hours resting their dough overnight before topping with their favourite toppings!

Young Chef 2019
Working as a Chef was inevitable for Jack, & his first job in the kitchen came at the early age of 16 as an apprentice at award winning fine dining restaurant World Service.

At just 21 years of age, Jack received biggest accolade to date as Young Chef of the year.

Since this moment, he has worked at Gastro Pub Red Lion close to where he now lives & in his spare time has set up his mouthwatering Instagram page @FoodByJacKk.

WHY THE HDL COLLAB?


"I was a huge fan of HDL from the moment i saw the page on Instagram - the pizzas looked banging! I first got to try the pizzas earlier in the year & since then i've been hooked. The guys were great so when we got chatting it just became clear that we should do something together as the HDL brand just fitted in with mine. I'm so chuffed to have my pizza on the HDL menu"
